The traditional red grape variety of Vinhos Verdes shows a surprising elegance in this Quinta De Monforte Vinhão.
The excellent maturation of the grapes spoiled the typical rusticity of the Vinhão variety, resulting in a red that is aromatically intense but smooth in the mouth.
Treads on foot in a stone press and stages in a stainless steel tank.
Garnet ruby color. Aromas of wild fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, with soft tannins, full of structure and a long and persistent finish.
